The Latinas Welding Guild (LWG), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Indianapolis, Ind., focuses on providing barrier-free, accessible welding courses for women. Outside of courses, we facilitate project-based public workshops that teach the basics of welding and give the community a new perspective on the joining process.
