What are the prerequisites for obtaining the NDEC Endorsement?

The closed-book examination consists of 55 multiple-choice questions, of which 50 will be scorable, and five will be unscorable (pretest). How Long is the NDEC Endorsement valid, and how can it be renewed?
Endorsements do not expire as long as your CWI certification remains active and is renewed on schedule. Each time you renew your CWI certification, any endorsements you have earned will also be extended.
