Q: Our machine operators are being mildly shocked by their resistance welding machine.   Why is that happening?

A: This is most likely happening because the secondary circuit is not grounded.

To resolve this, first check every ground on your resistance welding machine.  Verify you have only one ground connection on your primary circuit and one ground on each secondary circuit. Removing the ground strap from the transformer secondary or isolating the transforme..
